GRANT APPLICATIONS
The Foundation is adopting processes for supporting collaborative, cooperative efforts that transcend single organizations by bringing together knowledge, experience, and expertise.
Just as all projects and programs have different goals and outcomes, the Foundation has created different applications for each grantmaking program. Please refer to the following program pages for information regarding each program.
The Foundation invests in capacity building efforts to strengthen nonprofits in the 10-parish Greater Baton Rouge area.
The Foundation invests in projects and programs to support our most vulnerable people throughout the 10-parish area. The 2023 Cohort was notified in late 2022. Applications will re-open in August 2023 for the 2024 Cohort. Applicants are encouraged to review the Engage Program Guidelines prior to application.
The Foundation invests in our most under resourced neighborhoods. A virtual applicant workshop was held on Wednesday, January 25th for prospective partners. If you were unable to attend or need to refer to the information provided, the presentation and slides can be found on the EMPOWER page.
Prospective program partners are invited to submit a short Letter of Intent (LOI) with a submission deadline of 5:00 p.m. February 1, 2023. Please fully review the Empower Grant Guidelines and the LOI Questions prior to submission.
