All applications and reports must be submitted online.


The Foundation requires all applications and reporting to be completed through an online portal. Please add and to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all system communications.


To complete a new online grant application, please review the information on grant applications. The links are only available during each program’s open application period. Application questions prior to the availability of the online application are shared on each pillar’s page.  


To access a saved application, please click here. Once logged in, ensure Applications is selected at the top left and In Progress Applications is selected at the middle right. Click on the application you would like to re-open. 


Deadlines for regular reporting were communicated to grantees at the time of the grant award. Please contact the appropriate staff member if you have questions regarding the reporting process.

For favorable consideration of future funding, reports should be submitted on a timely basis. 

ACH Payment Information

If you have recently been notified of approval of a grant award, please click here to submit your banking information. Once you log in to the Grantee Portal, navigate to Requirements and complete the ACH Information form.
