OUR PROCESS

The Foundation focuses its support on learning and development from early childhood through high school. We encourage partnerships and activities that build on community strengths and support programs that assist individuals in becoming productive citizens. We value programs and activities that work toward systemic change in areas that can improve educational systems and opportunities for all in our community.

Recognizing the central importance of an education for future success, areas of educational funding include programs or initiatives focused on:

• academic enrichment
• charter schools
• alternative schools
• early learning before kindergarten
• after school programming
• tutoring
• literacy for adults and overaged students
